i got this recipe off of ghirardelli's website and i thought i sounded great. so i wanted to share it with you.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 oz's mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups fresh coffee
  • 3/4 cup vanilla syrup
  • 3/4 cup run syrup
  • 1 ghirardelli ganache mixture
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Directions
  1. in a small bowl mix the marscarpone cheese and chips together and place in the refrigerator for 20 mins
  2. set out four tall glasses. in each glass spoon 1/4 of cheese mixture
  3. next, spoon in 1/4 of ganache mixture and pour 1/2 cup coffee.
  4. add 3 tablespoons of vanilla syrup and 3 tablespoons of rum syrup.
  5. top with whipped cream
  6. you can find this stuff at ghirardelli.com if your local store doesn't have it.. i hope you like it.
