i got this recipe off of ghirardelli's website and i thought i sounded great. so i wanted to share it with you.

in a small bowl mix the marscarpone cheese and chips together and place in the refrigerator for 20 mins
set out four tall glasses. in each glass spoon 1/4 of cheese mixture
next, spoon in 1/4 of ganache mixture and pour 1/2 cup coffee.
add 3 tablespoons of vanilla syrup and 3 tablespoons of rum syrup.
top with whipped cream
you can find this stuff at ghirardelli.com if your local store doesn't have it.. i hope you like it.
