How to make it

  • Beat egg whites till stiff, add half the sugar and beat again
  • Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and water till thick and creamy
  • Fold the both egg mixes into the whipped cream
  • In another bowl mix the cocoa, coffee, vanilla ess and boiling water to a paste
  • Halve the ice cream and mix the chocolate mix into half
  • Fold the two together to get a swirled effect.
  • Freeze
