How to make it

  • TO MAKE THE GINGER BEER.
  • In a large preserving pan put 800gms sugar and 1 litre of boiling water, stir till all sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the juice of 4 lemons,
  • Add the ginger beer bug squeezing it through 2 layers of muslin.
  • Add 7.5 litres of cold water and stir well.
  • Pour into 1.5ltr bottles,
  • Store in a warm place for at least a week before drinking,
  • CHILL FOR SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE OPENING,  BE CAREFUL !
