How to make it
- Lightly brown pork steaks in butter in fry pan. Sprinkle with salt. Add 1/2 cup orange juice. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Spoon pie filling over steaks. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup orange juice; cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 20 minutes.
- VARIATION: Substitute cherry pie filling in this recipe. Pork chops may be used in place of pork steaks
