Great tasting way to have Pork Steaks

Ingredients
  • 4 pork steaks
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. canned apple pie filling
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Directions
  1. Lightly brown pork steaks in butter in fry pan. Sprinkle with salt. Add 1/2 cup orange juice. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Spoon pie filling over steaks. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup orange juice; cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 20 minutes.
  3. VARIATION: Substitute cherry pie filling in this recipe. Pork chops may be used in place of pork steaks
