How to make it

  • Drain pineapple, rexerving juice
  • In small saucepan blend reserved juice, broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar with red pepper.
  • Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils.
  • Stir in pineapple.
  • Serve Hot,, or Cold depending on your taste.
