How to make it

  • Clean and cut vegetables.
  • Layer in pot as listed.
  • Top with sausage.
  • Pour in all the beer, buy more for drinking!!
  • Clamp lid with spring clamps(look like clothes-line pins).
  • Lid should have small hole-1/2".
  • Set flame of burner at medium high.
  • Set pot on burner.
  • Usually you will see steam escaping the hole at 15 minutes.
  • At that time, set your timer for 50 minutes.
  • After 50 minutes all is cooked.
  • Sausage may be grilled to brown.
  • Drain fluids and serve.
