Chocolate Malt Cheesecake

- chocolate crust - see crust page. shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 10 ounce semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled shopping list
- 1 ounce malted milk extract shopping list
- 1 tea. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in melted chocolate.
- Add extracts and cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
- Let cool and refrigerate before serving.

There is a lot of malted barley in southern feed stores, but I bet you can guess what it mostly gets used for. ;)hot_it_up in Columbiana loved it -
