Ingredients

How to make it

  • melt the butter
  • add the eggs and the milk and mix
  • sift 2 cups of flour with the baking powder
  • add the salt and cayenne pepper, tyme and chillies,
  • add the cheese and mix it all with your fingers making sure the cheese isnt clumpped together,
  • mix the wet into the dry
  • , dont over mix, this is a wet brew dont worry,
  • put tbsp lots into a heavily buttered muffin pan or use paper cases, they tend to stick,
  • place chunks of Blue Cheese on the top of each
  • bake at 200deg c for 15 mins.

    ok? not an option but a must? thanks for the stick measure, now when the boys ask,, "how long to dinner?" I can reply, "a stick" instead of "how long is a piece of string?" our wonderful NZ butter come in 500grm "blocks" same as your "Sticks" :-) I only leave out the chillies if the boys want them too,, otherwise LOOK OUT!!
