How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour 9 x 13 pan.
  • Beat eggs, oil. sugar, and vanilla.
  • Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Stir in carrots. Fold in nuts.
  • Pour into pan
  • Bake 40-50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool 10 minutes and turn out of pan.
  • Mix together last 4 ingredients.
  • Frost the cake, when cooled.
