Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, finely snipped
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion

Directions
  1. Blend cheese and milk. Stir in pepper, dried beef, onion and green pepper. Stir in sour cream. Spoon into 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with crackers
