Ingredients

2 tbs, butter

1 cup diced onion

1/2 Lb. Smoked sausage{Keilbasa} cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 Lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined

1/2 tsp cayenne black and white pepper

1/8 tsp. dried Thyme,oregano,and garlic powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup fresh or frozen corn Kernels

1 roasted Bell Pepper cut into strips

Directions

Heat butter in Large skillet over medium high heat add onions saute untill translucent\Add sausage and cook untill begins to lose color Add shrimp seasonings saute untill shrimp Barley turns pink.Add corn roasted pepper stir untill combined and thourghly heated Serves 6
