How to make it

  • Cut each pepper into 4 pieces, and keep the seeds
  • Place hot peppers, cabbage, carrots, onion, cloves, and salt in a quart size jar
  • Then add vinegar. & lime juice
  • Close jar tightly and let sit at least 24-48 hours before serving. (The longer it sits, the hotter (spicier) it will be.
  • Serve with meat or fish
