Pecan Rice Pilaf

- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 1 cup long grain wild rice shopping list
- 2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a saucepan then cook onion until tender.
- Add rice and stir then cover with broth and sprinkle with salt.
- Cover and simmer 40 minutes then sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
