How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pie plate with pan spray
  • in a large skillet cook the venison, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink in the middle
  • Drain the venison, then add the chili powder, cumin,oregano, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of the taco sause and stir
  • layer crushed tortilla chips evenly in bottom of pan
  • Spoon the venison meat mixture on top of the cheese
  • In a medium bowl beat the eggs until frothy
  • Add the milk and Bisquick, mix well and pour over the ingrediants in pie plate
  • bake this impossible Venison Pie for allotted time or until knife inserted into the middle comes out clean
  • Remove pie from oven and cover with rest of taco sause and cheese
  • let pie set 10 minutes before serving
  • Serve pie with salsa and sour cream if desired
