Creamy Tomato Soup

- 4 peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes shopping list
- 4 c. of tomato juice shopping list
- 1 c. of heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 c. of butter shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 14 leaves fresh basil shopping list
How to make it
- Fist you want to add the tomatoes and juice in a large pot over medium flame.
- Then let this simmer about 30 min.
- Next puree the mixture, with basil leaves.
- Add this back to the large pot.
- Now put the pot over medium flame, and add in the heavy cream and butter.
- You can add salt and pepper now.
- Ladle and serve!

Worked out well, didn't puree the mixture to make it a little more chunky.
