How to make it

  • Combine mayonnaise, preserves, tamari sauce, mustard, garlic and ginger. Whisk together.
  • Remove 1/3 cup and set aside.
  • Brush skewers with remaining sauce.
  • Grill just until shrimp turn pink.
  • Serve with remaining sauce.

    Yummy! We don't eat mayo though, I usually substitute with a healthy ranch dressing. I will have to try it. Nothing like grilling by the pool with some good friends, and food!
