Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

- 1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin shopping list
- 1-1/2 c cooked herb-seasoned stuffing mix shopping list
- 1/2 c cooked cranberries or whole berry cranberry sauce shopping list
- 4 slices bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450. Make long slit in center of pork tenderloin running the length of the meat,stopping about 1/4" from edge. Spread open;pound flat.
- Spread stuffing on 1/2 of tenderloin,leaving 1"border on long end.
- Spoon cranberries over stuffing. Fold other side of tenderloin over;wrap bacon diagonally around tenderloin,securing with toothpicks.
- Bake 30 mins or till internal temperature is 140 to 145 degrees. Let stand 5 mins before slicing. Remove toothpicks before serving.
