Injector Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb butter

1/2 can of beer

2 Tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons worcestershire

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons tobasco

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients in small pan, cover over meduim heat.

Bring to a simmer, simmer for a few minutes.

Let cool (but still liquid)

Stir well and add to to your injector.

InJect into turkey.

Cover Turkey and refrigerates for 24 hours,

Prepare turkey in the oven, smoker or deep fryer.

Remove Turkey at least 1 hour before deep frying.

Do you brine your turkeys? If so, do you inject them too?? Just wondered if it was one or the other. I love this idea of injecting them and even have an injector someone gave me but never used it. Bookmarked and saved and will definitely be trying this out.
