Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in small pan, cover over meduim heat.
  • Bring to a simmer, simmer for a few minutes.
  • Let cool (but still liquid)
  • Stir well and add to to your injector.
  • InJect into turkey.
  • Cover Turkey and refrigerates for 24 hours,
  • Prepare turkey in the oven, smoker or deep fryer.
  • Remove Turkey at least 1 hour before deep frying.

    well this is what i am going to make when my son come home for my birthday .. i know he will like it and hes off to korea soon and probally wont have turkey for at least the whole year hes stationed over there... at least not good one like this thanks ...

    Ya know I've never tried to brine n inject, so not sure how that would work out, could brine then inject right before baking.

    Yep I brine My turkeys, makes the meat so Moist n tasty.

    Hi:
    Do you brine your turkeys? If so, do you inject them too?? Just wondered if it was one or the other. I love this idea of injecting them and even have an injector someone gave me but never used it. Bookmarked and saved and will definitely be trying this out.
