ASAPARGUS FOR BREAKFAST

- 20 fresh asparagus spears shopping list
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 4 extra large free range eggs shopping list
- 2 large ripe beefsteak tomatoes sliced shopping list
- 1 baguette sliced diagonally shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- coarse frind black pepper shopping list
- garlic olive oil mayo shopping list
How to make it
- put griddle on high, splash one tablespppn of olive oil, place asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes till wilted. heat remaining olivedoil in a frying pan and fry eggs to your liking, in 4 plates devide the sliced tomatoes, put 5 asparagus in each plate. put few sliced of the baguettes and place an egg on top...put some of the garlic mayo on top of the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper......
