How to make it

  • in a cookin pot,put pasta sauce,fish stock and wine. bring to boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. add the zucchinis and the fennel and cook for further 4 monutes.add the basil leaves. lower temperature and add the fish and cook for 3 minutes. do not stir too much otheriwse fish will disintegrate. mix the chilli with the creme fraiche and season.
  • ladle soup in nice deep dishes. put a dollop of the creme fresh mix
  • have some good crusty bread on hand to dunk if necessary
