quick seafood paella

- large cooking pan or paella pan shopping list
- 1/2 lb firm white fish shopping list
- 12 medium size shrimps shopping list
- 1 lb little neck clams shopping list
- 1 lb mussels shopping list
- 1 red pepper,deseeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 green pepper deseeded and chopped shopping list
- i onion chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves of galric finely chopped shopping list
- 1 pacakage of herbflavoured rice (about 7-8 oz) shopping list
- 9oz white wine shopping list
- 18 oz water shopping list
- freshly chopped flat leaf parsley shopping list
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 lemon sliced into quarters shopping list
How to make it
- in th elarge pan ,heat oil add garlic,onions, peppers and rice cook for about 2 minutes..stir few times. add wine and water.cook covered. for 6-8 minutes. . add the shellfish and cook for 2 minutes.
- add the fish . cook for further few minutes or till all liquids are abosorbed. discard any unopened shells, garnish with parsley
- and sliced lemons.
- very simple,low cal and very quick
