How to make it

  • heat oil in wok,add carrots,sliced onion,chillie pepper and ginger and redpepper strips and cook for 2 minutes tossing occasionally. add chicken,mangetout mushrooms and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes till chicken has browned. add soysauce,lime juice and fish sauce and cook for 2 minutes or till chicken is cooked thoroughly
  • add the scallion. serve in bowls withe cooked rice and garnish
  • with lime and garnish withe the chopped cilantro
  • very east and healthy and fragrant
