- 2 tblesps vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 carrot peeled cut into hald and then into strips shopping list
- 1 red pepper,trimmed,deseeded and cut into strips shopping list
- 1 onion cut in half and sliced shopping list
- 1 red chilli finely minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger shopping list
- 4 bonelss,skinless and fat trimmed chicken breasts cut into strips shopping list
- 1 cup sliced mangetout,sugarpeas or snowpeas shopping list
- 2 colves og garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup sliced button mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce shopping list
- 2 bunches of scallions trimmed and sliced shopping list
- 1 package of basmati or jasmine cooked as per directions shopping list
- 1 lime quartered shopping list
- chopped cilantro for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil in wok,add carrots,sliced onion,chillie pepper and ginger and redpepper strips and cook for 2 minutes tossing occasionally. add chicken,mangetout mushrooms and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes till chicken has browned. add soysauce,lime juice and fish sauce and cook for 2 minutes or till chicken is cooked thoroughly
- add the scallion. serve in bowls withe cooked rice and garnish
- with lime and garnish withe the chopped cilantro
- very east and healthy and fragrant
