Sour Cream Cornbread

I don't make this often because I eat too much of it. I love cornbread and I eat this straight out of the oven with butter on it. But even without the butter, this cornbread is moist and not dry at all.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising cornmeal shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 small can (9 oz.) cream style corn (about 1 cup) shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients - mixing well.
- Pour into a greased 9" baking pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
