How to make it

  • Place shucked clams and juice in a blender. Blend clams in an on-and-off technique until just minced. Pour into a bowl and add parsley, garlic, hot pepper sauce, potatoes, and bread crumbs. Mix together with a spoon, then form tablespoon-sized balls. Drop nto 2 cups of oil and deep fry until golden puffs form.
