TERIYAKI FINGER STEAKS

                    - Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 pounds of boneless sirloin steak shopping list
- ½ cup soy sauce shopping list
- ¼ cup vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbs. minced onion shopping list
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- ½ tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Trim fat from steak and slice lengthwise into ½ -inch strips; place in a large glass bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over meat and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 2 – 3 hours. Drain, discarding marinade. Loosely thread meat strips onto skewers. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning often, for 7 – 10 minutes or until meat reaches desired done-ness. Remove from skewers and serve.
