How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl combine cayenne powder, Dijon mustard. Pure honey, dried oregano, water and minced garlic. Now broil the chicken in indirect heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Brush with mixture and continue broiling for 6 minutes longer on each side. Baste often until the juices run clear. Serve on hamburger buns and top with tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
