Hawaiian Mood Cookies

Made these for the coaches and they loved them
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups flour shopping list
- 1 Cup sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 Cup maraschino cherries, drained shopping list
- 1 Cup crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1/2 Cup nuts shopping list
- 1/2 Cup butter shopping list
- 1 Small Package Creamed cheese (4 oz) shopping list
How to make it
- Cream cheese and butter.
- Add sugar, then beaten eggs.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, beat until light and fluffy.
- Add pineapple,Cherries and nuts.
- Stir gently.
- Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased Cookie sheet
- Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- When bottoms of cookies are lightly browned, they are done.
