Sour Cream Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter,softened
  • 1-3/4 c sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 3 Tbs jam 9optional)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9" bundt pan;dust with flour. Whisk flour,baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar till creamy. One by one,beat in eggs,vanilla and sour cream. Gently mix in the flour. Spoon 1/3 of the batter into the pan,dot withjam,if desired,and top with remaining batter.
  3. Bake 60 to 70 mins. Cool for about 5 mins.,unmold onto a rack and cool completely.
