How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9" bundt pan;dust with flour. Whisk flour,baking powder and salt.
- Beat the butter and sugar till creamy. One by one,beat in eggs,vanilla and sour cream. Gently mix in the flour. Spoon 1/3 of the batter into the pan,dot withjam,if desired,and top with remaining batter.
- Bake 60 to 70 mins. Cool for about 5 mins.,unmold onto a rack and cool completely.
