Low Calorie Rhubarb Torte

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sweetener shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 3 cup rhubarb shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt together then pat into rectangular cake pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 then remove from oven and cool slightly. Mix eggs, sugar substitute, flour, baking powdered and rhubarb together. Cover crust with this mixture and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
