Ingredients
  • Two 15-ounce cans organic black beans (do not drain)
  • One 16-ounce jar salsa
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. instant beef bouillon granules (low sodium)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place in slow cooker on high for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve in individual bowls with a dollop of sour cream
