Are you looking for something different this year for the holidays... I think this might just do the trick... Its good and its so easy to make...

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1.2 teaspoon salt
  • 1.2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) package coleslaw mix
  • 1 (6 oz) package dried cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup sunflower seed kernels

Directions
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
  2. Add slaw mix, tossing gently to coat.
  3. Refridgerate until serving time.
  4. Before serving stir in cranberries and sunflower kernels.
  5. Enjoy!
