How to make it

  • Work cream cheese with spoon until light and fluffy then thoroughly mix in sweetener along with finds and nuts. Form into 12 balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in coconut and refrigerate.

    Don't be silly. I love compliments on my recipe. I also buy cream cheese by the ton....lol. You will love this recipe.

    I'm sure that you're sick of seeing my name but when I saw this recipe, I just had to comment on it. This sounds really delicious. I'd have to make triple batches, too! I buy cream cheese in three pound logs so I'm prepared to make this one! Thanks again for another great recipe!
