Coconut Surprises Recipe

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese softened

3/4 teaspoon liquid artificial sweetener

1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind

1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind

1 teaspoon walnuts chopped

1/4 cup unsweetened moist shredded coconut

Directions

Work cream cheese with spoon until light and fluffy then thoroughly mix in sweetener along with finds and nuts. Form into 12 balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in coconut and refrigerate.
