How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375. RInse chicken, and section off, removing skins. YOu should have 2 drums, 2 thighs, 2 breasts still on bone, and two wings. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, dont over do the salt since the soy sauce has it. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, and fry the chicken until browned on the outside. Transfer chicken pieces to a baking dish. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Spoon evenly over chicken until all sauce is used. Place in oven uncovered and cook for about 40 mins to an hour or until juices run clear. The sauce will carmelize nicely and be so yummy. Serve with white rice or rice pilaf!
