BLUEBERRY ANGEL DESSERT

Plan-ahead needs to chill !! Make the most of angel food cake, pie filling and whipped topping by creating this light impressive dessert that doesn't keep you in the kitchen for hours. Adapted from Carol Johnson;s recipe posted in the Quick Cooking Magazine July/Aug 2001.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 package ( 8-oz ) 1/3 less Fat ) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 Cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 carton ( 8-oz ) frozen light whipped topping, thawed shopping list
- 1 prepared angle food cake ( 14-oz ) cut into 1-inch cubes shopping list
- 2 cans ( 21-oz each ) blueberry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar; fold in whipped topping cake cubes. Spread evenly into an ungreased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch dish; top with pie filling. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
