DIJON HERB SALAD DRESSING

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise shopping list
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbs. minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbs. Equal or equivalent shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, Minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. Dried thyme shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
- salad greens and vegetables of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, whisk together the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve over salad. Refrigerate leftovers.
