How to make it

  • Marinate chicken pieces with corn flour , turmeric powder, red chilly powder , ginger garlic paste , soya sauce , egg and salt .
  • Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours .
  • Deep fry in olive oil.
  • Strain .
  • Pour some honey over the hot fried chicken .
  • Garnish with chopped celery, spring onion and cashew nuts.
  • Serve hot
