- a Blender
- a Screen
- a basin for water

Grow or gather your herbs, meditate and empower them, etc. as you normally do in your magickal practice.
Tear the paper into strips while thinking of your intent to make special praying paper, and soak it overnight in a little bit of warm water.
Place about 1/2 cup of paper pulp in a blender to puree.
Add the puree to the basin filled with water.
Add herb (a few pinches is all that is needed), and direct your energy/intent into the mixture. Much nicer to have incense, music, etc. to aid and feel the energy/creation taking place.
Using a screen, press, etc. follow the normal paper making procedures. Myself, after the paper dries, I prefer to roll it into a scroll and add a specifically colored ribbon to seal the intent and make it special.
