  • 1/2 cup fresh Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup toasted Almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh Lime Juice

  4. In shallow baking pan, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons onion, the water, garlic, bay leaf, red pepper, and the remaining 3 tablespoons lime juice.
  5. Place the stuffed catfish in the pan and bake for about 30 minutes, basting occasionally until catfish flakes easily.
