How to make it
- Pour the grease from the pan after frying the chicken and replace it with the butter.
- When the butter has melted, stir in the flour. When the butter and flour mixture is bubbly, stir in the stock and the cream.
- Cook until the gravy thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve with the fried chicken or over biscuits or mashed potatoes.
