lemony yoghurt w blueberry and walnut

i've been using a lot of lemons and realized that i should find some use for all the rinds...here i use some zest to brighten up a healthy treat...it's hard to get healthier than this.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of greek yoghurt shopping list
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest shopping list
- 1/2 packet Equal ( or other sweetener) shopping list
- 1/4 cup blueberries shopping list
- 2 TBSP chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients well in a small bowl or in the yoghurt pot itself.
- *add some granola or other whole grain cereal if so desired.
