Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • Dalop of sour cream {for Garnish

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Blend first 3 ingredients in food processor
  3. transfer mixture into bowl add flour stir well spoon into mii-muffin pan Bakfor 15-20 minutes top each muffin after done and cooled with sour cream
  4. Note_ I sometimes subsitutue 1/2 cup of Pepperjack cheese with a 1/2 cup Cheddar sharp cheese{maks full cup cheese}
