- Caldo Verde à minha moda
- Ingredientes:
- 3 batatas grandes
- 1 cebola grande
- Sal
- Azeite
- Couve galega
Directions
- Preparação:
- Descasque as batatas e a cebola, corte e ponha a cozer com sal a gosto. Assim que comece a ferver deite-lhe um fio de azeite.
- Enquanto cozem as batatas, migue o caldo verde, se o comprar já cortado, ainda melhor. Lave a couve muito bem até sair todo o verde e a água ficar clarinha.
- Triture a batata no fim de estar bem cozida. Volte a colocar ao lume e, quando ferver, deite-lhe dois copos de caldo verde. Quando voltar a ferver acrescente mais um fio de azeite. Deixe cozer por 2 ou 3 minutos, retire do lume e deixe descansar por 20 a 30 minutos.
- Nota: O caldo verde coze sempre sem colocar a tampa na panela para que este fique verde.

- Esta receita foi-me pedida por uma pessoa que vive na África do Sul e comeu em minha casa.

Please translate. I think I can figure out most of the ingredients and part of the cooking directions. 3 potatoes (sweet potatos?),1 large onion(?),Salt, Vinegar.
