How to make it

  • saute onion,garlic,and ginger in a pan
  • add snails after the onion gets caramelized
  • let it cooked in 15 minutes
  • add the coconut oil and let it boil fo another 15 minutes
  • add chilli flavor
  • seasson salt and black ground pepper to taste.
  • note make sure that you crack the back of the snail before cooking for easy to sip the meat.
