snails in coconut milk

- 1 kilo snails,1tbsp ginger,1 pc garlic crushed,1 can coconutmilk,onion,salt,freshly ground black pepper,olive oil,chilli powder, shopping list
How to make it
- saute onion,garlic,and ginger in a pan
- add snails after the onion gets caramelized
- let it cooked in 15 minutes
- add the coconut oil and let it boil fo another 15 minutes
- add chilli flavor
- seasson salt and black ground pepper to taste.
- note make sure that you crack the back of the snail before cooking for easy to sip the meat.
