How to make it

  • Dry Batter: Mix Flour, Baking Soda and Spices.
  • Wet Batter: Beat egg and milk together. Put a little baking soda in the egg mixture for a golden color.
  • Pour Vegetable oil in large skillet. Roll Chicken parts in flour, then egg-milk mixture. Roll in flour again and fry in Vegetable Oil until golden brown on medium heat.
