Simple Fried Chicken recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken, cut up
  • Poultry Spice
  • Paprika
  • 3 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cup flour
  • Vegetable Oil

Directions
  1. Dry Batter: Mix Flour, Baking Soda and Spices.
  2. Wet Batter: Beat egg and milk together. Put a little baking soda in the egg mixture for a golden color.
  3. Pour Vegetable oil in large skillet. Roll Chicken parts in flour, then egg-milk mixture. Roll in flour again and fry in Vegetable Oil until golden brown on medium heat.
