Quick Tomato Soup Please

This is really good with thick crusty Italian bread or garlic cheese sticks recipe follows for the breadsticks...
Ingredients
- 8-10 med vine-ripened tomatoes shopping list
- 2c. heavy cream shopping list
- 1 can tomato paste (Italian flavor) shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 1c. vegetable broth shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh each of basil,thyme, sage, and oregano and 1tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2c. parmesan cheese shopping list
- sliced thin italian sausage about 1 1/2 cups shopping list
- If desired, garnish with sprinkle of asiago cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Puree tomatoes, cream and broth add this to amed. sized stockpot (or large dutch oven)
- Add the other ingrdients and simmer for about 1/2 hour
