  • divide sausage into fours make a flat patty form around boiled egg dip into egg wash and roll in bread crumbs,place in fry pan with oil on med and cook on all side until light brown and may be transferred to 350 oven until served..remember to always cook pork well done. i love to serve these with prepared mustard
