Zesty Thai Salad Dressing

- 1 T peanut butter shopping list
- 1 T hummus (homemade or bought) shopping list
- 1" fresh ginger, minced & pressed shopping list
- 2 fresh cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1/2 t Gulden's spicy mustard shopping list
- 1/4 t garlic chili paste shopping list
- 1/4 t kosher salt shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 2 T rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 T fish sauce (the best you can afford) shopping list
- 1/4 c fresh orange juice shopping list
- handful of minced fresh mint, cilantro, & basil leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything together.
- Pour over salad.
- Eat!
- CEAHOW note: Remove 1/16th of your protein serving to accommodate using 1T of hummus in this dressing. Since it uses peanut butter, this is only for when you've reached Maintenance.
