How to make it
- Empty out the guts out of a pumpkin.
- Clean the guts from the seeds and place seeds in either a strainer or bowl. If you place them in a bowl just fill bowl up with water to clean the seeds. If using a strainer just run the water over them.
- Once the seeds feel clean and the guts have been removed let the seeds dry for about 30 minutes. ****!!!WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT PLACE ON PAPER TOWELS OR CLOTH!!! THEY WILL STICK!!!!****
- Once seeds are dry place them on baking sheets spray with cooking spray add salt (salt depends on how much you like but don't worry if you put too much on you can always rub some of it off after the seeds have cooled).
- Be sure to check your seeds every 5-7 minutes because all ovens cook differently. Once slightly golden brown, remove, let cool and then store in a dry tight container.

Love roasted pumpkin seeds, giving you 5 forks. Can hardly wait to roast the seeds from my pumpkin I have outside. Making a pie or two from the meat of the pumpkin, no waste with them.

Love the recipe but I have a question? How you you get the guts off the seeds. I never make them because of that. Just curious how you do it.
Thanks,
