    Hi there. Can you provide quantities for each ingredient please? (how much sugar gets beaten with the egg white and how much boiled with the water? How much gelatin is required? etc...) Thanks. Oh, and your picture looks beautiful. I'd love instructions on how to achieve this presentation. :)
