Cranberry Pecan Cookie Mix Recipe

How to make it

  • Layer the ingredients in a 1-quart (1 L) glass jar in the order listed.
  • Attach a gift card with the following instructions:
  • Beat 8 Tbs (125 ml) butter, 1 egg, and 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract in a bowl until well mixed.
  • Stir in the cranberry pecan cookie mix and form into 1-inch (3 cm) balls.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375F (190C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
